Virginia Remote Debt Resolution Attorney

Huron Law Group PLLC is an established and rapidly growing national debt relief law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable, remote, full-time attorney, licensed in the state of Virginia, to manage debt resolution files and consult with firm clients. Responsibilities will include providing legal assistance as needed, including handling a volume of telephone consultations, settlement oversight, file reviews, and review/approval of legal documents prepared by the firm’s paralegals. This role will require a significant amount of time on the phone with clients to ensure they understand the debt resolution process. Accordingly, preferred candidates are upbeat, engaging, patient, and comfortable with a high volume of client interaction and customer service. This position is fully remote, allowing the attorney to telecommute from a designated remote workspace. Accordingly, candidates must be comfortable with using computers and basic software. Annual salary is commensurate with experience and includes paid time off, 9 paid holidays, payment of bar dues and continuing legal education, yearly reviews with raises up to 5% per year, and discretionary bonuses. Qualifications: - Licensed and in good standing with the relevant state bar. - Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections is preferred.
