Salesforce Developer (CRM Analytics / Einstein) Remote Location: Remote (Must work EST Hours) We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong CRM Analytics (Einstein) and Power BI experience to build scalable analytics solutions and deliver powerful insights to business stakeholders. This role focuses on designing dashboards, building datasets, and developing data pipelines that drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and data recipes Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions Optimize analytics performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability Implement data governance and quality checks Troubleshoot analytics and dashboard issues across Salesforce and Power BI environments Required Skills 3 5+ years in BI / Analytics / Data Engineering Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein / Tableau CRM) Dashboards Datasets Dataflows & Recipes Lenses SAQL / JSON (preferred) Power BI Expertise Power Query DAX Data Modeling Data Transformations Nice to Have Salesforce Certifications (Tableau CRM / Einstein) Power BI Certifications (PL-300 / DP-600) SQL or Python experience Experience with large enterprise datasets Strong data governance knowledge Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
