Key Responsibilities
• Lead employee engagement strategy and manage Gallup partnership
• Design programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and celebrate achievements
• Strengthen performance management infrastructure and develop learning and development strategies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7+ years in employee engagement and talent development, with 5+ years in program design and execution
• Proven expertise in performance management and employee engagement
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Experience in remote work environments and building team connections
