They are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to handle litigation matters, draft legal documents, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a remote team while utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities • Handle employment litigation matters from intake through resolution • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems • Take and defend depositions and argue motions • Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations with autonomy • Use AI tools and shared services to maximize efficiency and reduce admin work • Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience • Collaborate with a remote team of experienced employment litigators Skills • Active California Bar license in good standing • 3+ years of employment law experience total • 3+ years of litigation experience total • Experience negotiating and settling cases required • Strong writing, analytical, and strategic skills • Comfortable in a performance-driven, remote environment • Plaintiff or defense background considered Benefits • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Company Overview • As a nimble and technology-driven boutique recruiting firm, we are adept at adapting swiftly for success.
