Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience from check‑in to check‑out.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, check cars for damages, and accurately record mileage and fuel levels using handheld devices.
  • Process reservations and walk‑up rentals for arenaflex loyalty members, applying promotions and discounts in accordance with company policies.
