E-commerce Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist (Long-Term)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Product Listing & Data Entry Specialist to help manage and upload products to our online store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with e-commerce platforms, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. This is an ongoing role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Upload and list products on our e-commerce platform (details will be shared after hiring). Enter accurate product information including titles, descriptions, features, specifications, and pricing. Upload and organize product images according to our guidelines. Categorize products correctly and add relevant tags/attributes. Update product inventory, variations, and SKUs. Required Skills Proven experience with e-commerce product listing (Shopify / WooCommerce / bolthires / Flipkart / Etsy / etc.). Strong attention to detail — accuracy is extremely important. Fast and error-free data entry. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Good understanding of product attributes, variations, and categorization. Basic Excel/bolthires Sheets skills. Fluent English for communication. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all product listings. Maintain a spreadsheet to track uploaded products and status of each listing. Perform basic competitor research to optimize titles/descriptions (if needed). Communicate promptly and provide daily/weekly updates on progress. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with basic image editing (cropping, resizing). Understanding of SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions. Familiarity with bulk upload sheets/templates.
