Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Fort Worth, TX Work Type: Hybrid (40% – 60% Onsite) Experience Required: 7–9 Years Max Rate: $50/hr C2C or $44/hr in W2 Primary Skill: Agile Project Methodology Domain: Project Management – Applications Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 7+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment • Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders • Strong understanding of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency • Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally Top 3 Requirements • Organize delivery across multiple teams • Develop and groom product backlog • Track and report progress to stakeholders Nice to Have Skills • Strong prioritization skills • Conflict resolution expertise Key Responsibilities • Organize delivery across multiple teams • Coach teams to create high-value backlog items while reducing rework and waste • Promote transparency regarding barriers, progress, and impediments • Remove or escalate team impediments • Enable teams to practice Professional Scrum and Agile frameworks • Cultivate continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement • Coach teams to understand new ways of working and Agile practices • Serve as an internal trainer contributing to team learning and development • Coach Product Owners/Managers on empirical product planning and backlog management • Maintain and promote information radiators for inspection and adaptation • Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate Agile events Remote About the Company: Georgia Tek Systems Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
