The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration to refine requirements, develop functional prototypes, and deliver innovative solutions within set standards. This role involves hands-on configuration/development on the Salesforce platform, adhering to Agile methodologies, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise development standards. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate design sessions to refine experience requirements. • Develop and gain alignment/acceptance with functional/non-functional prototypes. • Develop and deliver scalable solutions to support personalized experiences. • Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise development standards. • Write user stories within an Agile framework, considering dependencies. Must-Have Skills: • Solid Salesforce configuration/development experience. • Salesforce Admin certification. • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies. Domain/Industry Experience: • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem is crucial. • Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams preferred. This role demands a candidate who is self-motivated, capable of influencing and driving teams across different geographies, and possesses a strong sense of urgency to deliver quality and innovative experiences swiftly.
