The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high levels of customer service and documentation accuracy. Responsibilities • Experience working with the TSDS and its data collections • Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills • Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks • Experience in training other team members • Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides • Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation Skills • 8 Years - Texas Student Data System (TSDS): LEA/vendor-level experience working with the TSDS and its data collections • 8 Years - Customer Service: Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills • 8 Years - Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams • 8 Years - Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams • 8 Years - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks • 8 Years - Training and Support: Experience in training other team members • 8 Years - Software Documentation: Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides • 8 Years - Technical Writing: Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation Company Overview • Connect Tech+Talent brings together highly qualified technology professionals with great companies.
