Technical Writer- Remote- Jackson, MS
• Support documentation for a Child welfare System ensuring compliance with federal regulations and project governance standards.
• Prepare and maintain Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) (IAPD, OAPD, and updates) required for federal approval and funding.
• Document system architecture, modular design, functionality, and technical implementation aligned with 45 CFR 1355 and 45 CFR 1356 compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Data Quality Plan, including data governance, validation rules, monitoring processes, and reporting alignment with AFCARS, NCANDS, and NYTD.
• Create and maintain implementation, operational, and end-user documentation such as deployment guides, SOPs, training manuals, and user guides.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate technical information into clear documentation and maintain documentation standards and repositories.
