Key Responsibilities • Translate written content accurately and fluently between English and Spanish, maintaining the original meaning and tone. • Proofread and edit translations to ensure clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills. • Collaborate with other translators and editors to create a consistent and unified voice across projects. • Maintain detailed records of assignments and submissions, ensuring organization and easy access for team members. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into translations as required. • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Linguistics or a related field. • Proven bilingual skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish. • Strong proficiency in editing and proofreading skills. • Excellent time management and organizational abilities. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Experience in translation work (2+ years preferred) and familiarity with translation software tools is a plus.
