LP Advisory Board - Wellness Spaces
LP Advisory Board
Cistern Wellness Spaces I
Cistern Capital is assembling a small group of aligned investors and operators to serve on the LP Advisory Board for Cistern Wellness Spaces I, a new hybrid investment fund focused on membership-based wellness spaces and preventative health infrastructure.
The fund invests at the intersection of experiential real estate, venture capital, and revenue-share structures in emerging categories such as:
• Membership-based wellness clubs
• Integrated fitness, recovery, and longevity hubs
• Wellness-focused communities
• Hospitality-driven preventative health spaces
Our thesis is simple: health outcomes are increasingly shaped by daily environments rather than clinical interventions, and physical spaces are becoming a critical layer of preventative health infrastructure.
To support this strategy, we are inviting a limited number of qualified investors to participate in the LP Advisory Board, which includes two differentiated roles.
1. LP Advisory Committee (LPAC)
The LP Advisory Committee provides governance oversight and strategic guidance to the fund.
Responsibilities may include:
• Advising the GP on conflicts, governance, and material fund matters
• Providing strategic perspective on the wellness, real estate, and consumer sectors
• Participating in periodic LPAC calls or meetings
• Acting as a sounding board on portfolio strategy and market developments
Qualifications
Ideal LPAC members may include experienced investors, operators, or executives in areas such as:
• Wellness and longevity
• Real estate and hospitality
• Consumer brands and membership businesses
• Healthcare, fitness, or preventative health
• Venture capital or private equity
Investment Requirement
• $250,000+ commitment to Cistern Wellness Spaces I
• Must qualify as an accredited investor
2. LP Advisor
LP Advisors participate in a more flexible, network-driven role supporting the fund’s ecosystem.
This role is designed for individuals who want to contribute opportunistically to the growth of the platform.
Examples of involvement may include:
• Sourcing investment opportunities
• Providing diligence support or domain expertise
• Making founder and strategic introductions
• Helping expand the Cistern wellness ecosystem
Participation is ad hoc and collaborative rather than governance-focused.
Investment Requirement
• $50,000+ commitment to Cistern Wellness Spaces I
• Must qualify as an accredited investor
Who Should Reach Out
We are particularly interested in connecting with:
• Founders and operators in wellness or hospitality
• Executives in longevity, health, and preventative medicine
• Non-competitive real estate investors interested in experiential asset exposure
