About the position As an AI Automation Builder – Intelligent Fleet Systems at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how fleet strategy decisions are executed across the U.S. business. Reporting into Fleet Strategy leadership and collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Analytics, and Technology teams, you will design and deploy AI-native systems that convert complex operational processes into scalable, intelligent automation. Unlike traditional analytics roles, you will build AI systems that operate directly inside real business workflows not static dashboards or isolated prototypes. You will have high autonomy and direct exposure to fleet strategy decision-making, helping shape how AI becomes an operational layer across intelligent fleet systems. This role is designed for builders who deploy intelligent systems, automate complex thinking, and prefer creating working solutions over maintaining traditional reporting structures.
