Develop and implement innovative artificial intelligence and automation solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI and automation integration. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in AI and automation. Design and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. Create and maintain technical documentation for AI and automation solutions. Analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI and automation systems, making recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to gather and preprocess data for training AI models. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI and automation solutions. Participate in training and knowledge sharing activities to educate colleagues and promote the use of AI and automation throughout the organization. Continuously monitor and troubleshoot AI and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to proactively identify new opportunities for AI and automation implementation. Represent the company at conferences and events to showcase our AI and automation capabilities. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy regulations, in all aspects of work. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and technologies for AI and automation projects.
