When starting as an Administrative Crew Scheduler, you\'ll: Assign all open flying to crew members while adhering to FAR, CBAs, and company policy; Reschedule or assign crews to flights based on direction from Crew Analyst or Supervisor; Interact with Flight Operations and Inflight crew members to communicate scheduling requirements; Monitor crew member check-in to assure coverage; Book crew deadheads and provides confirmation of record locators to crew members; Schedule, modify, and confirm crew lodging requirements on layovers; Coordinate timely ground transportation for crew members.
