As the company continues to expand, we are building internal infrastructure to support long-term growth, strong community relationships, and a consistent pipeline of new client inquiries.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing operations and help drive census growth through digital channels, referral networks, and community engagement.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing and improving the company’s lead generation and marketing infrastructure.
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee local SEO, reputation management, CRM implementation, and referral marketplace relationships while ensuring that inbound inquiries convert into client admissions.
This is a hands-on role focused on measurable growth and operational execution, not just branding or creative marketing.
Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Local SEO
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all service locations
• Monitor and improve local search rankings for home care related searches
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and SEO strategy
• Monitor website analytics and conversion performance
Reputation Management
• Respond to Google and Facebook reviews
• Implement systems to generate new reviews from families
• Maintain strong online reputation across platforms
CRM & Lead Management
• Implement and manage a CRM system for tracking inquiries, assessments, and admissions
• Track lead sources and conversion metrics
• Improve follow-up processes to ensure timely response to inquiries
Referral Marketplaces
Manage relationships and performance with senior care marketplaces such as:
• A Place for Mom
• Caring.com
• Care.com
Community Engagement
• Participate in online community groups and forums related to senior care
• Support outreach efforts to local community organizations
• Identify opportunities for local partnerships and visibility
Marketing Operations
• Oversee social media presence and content updates
• Coordinate with vendors supporting website or digital marketing services
• Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and client acquisition
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
• 3–7 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as
• HubSpot
• GoHighLevel
• Salesforce
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track marketing performance
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Experience in healthcare, senior care, or home care is preferred but not required.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within the first 6–12 months, the Digital Marketing Manager will:
• Implement a CRM to track all inbound inquiries
• Increase the number of online reviews across locations
• Improve search visibility for key home care markets
• Build stronger performance with referral marketplaces
• Generate a consistent pipeline of new client inquiries
