Director, HR Business Partner
Job Description:
• Serve as a strategic partner to design and implement talent strategies
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change
• Oversee effective development and delivery of performance management
• Drive alignment of programs and policies across the company
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in an HR business partner role
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
• Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success building trusting partnerships
• Experience consulting with and coaching business leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong aptitude to leverage technology tools and applications
• In-depth experience in HR disciplines
