Senior Tech Consultant - REMOTE

In this role, you'll provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for leading and delivering technology solutions tailored to meet customer business needs, while maintaining effective relationships that ensure client satisfaction. Your expertise will shape the technical direction of the projects, and you will consistently contribute to the organization’s success by generating new business opportunities and supporting proposal development. Accountabilities • Verify and implement detailed technical design solutions. • Provide technical design for enterprise solutions. • Analyze and develop enterprise technology solutions as Principal Consultant. • Lead technical assessment and delivery of solutions to customers. • Coordinate implementation of new installations and migrations. • Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on proposals. • Contribute input to the company's strategy. • Collect and analyze data to determine customer needs. • Respond to technical information requests from customers. • Develop solutions using various industry products and technologies. • Engage in problem solving across multiple technologies. • Manage knowledge sharing within project teams. • Encourage professional community contributions and coaching. • Create and support sales activities and manage bids. Requirements • 8+ years of professional experience in technology consulting. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • Ability to design and scope deliverables across multiple technologies. • Demonstrated innovation and communication skills. • Experience leading teams in delivering solutions. • Ability to develop customer-oriented technology solutions. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture. • Excellent communication skills with senior management. • Experience diagnosing complex technical problems. • Ability to develop and present proposals for engagements. • Broad technical knowledge to manage integration efforts. • Demonstrated ability to complete solution implementations independently.
