[Remote] Remote role ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Syntricate Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading client workshops, mapping business requirements to technical configurations, and developing custom applications using JavaScript. Responsibilities • Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes) • Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub) • Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization • Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance Skills • Experience in a Senior/Principal role requiring deeper expertise in specific workflows • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture, including UI Builder (UIB), Flow Designer, Workspaces, and Employee Center • Deep knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, demonstrated through previous consulting or implementation roles • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules ITSM, ITAM, SPM Company Overview • Syntricate Technologies offers quality assurance, validation, regulatory, business analysis, and project management services.
