Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisor. The M&A Advisor will be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing business opportunities, guiding clients through transactions, consulting with clients, and providing expert financial and strategic advice. Practices include assessing business valuations, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring successful deal closings while fostering long-term client relationships. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate financial data and market trends • Experience in consulting with clients and advising on strategic decision-making processes • Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, including financial modeling and business valuation • Knowledge and experience in due diligence processes and transaction structuring • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in business brokerage or M&A advisory is highly desirable • Comfortable with a 1099 commission only arrangement with a long sales cycle Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
