Bilingual Operations Manager / Fractional COO for Remote Digital Business

We are looking for a highly capable operations leader who can help run and scale a fast-growing remote digital business. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with AI tools, systems, and team leadership, and who enjoys building processes and managing execution. You will work directly with the founder and help oversee daily operations, manage a remote team, and implement systems that make the company run smoothly. This role will start part-time (fractional) but can grow into a full-time leadership role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day business operations - Manage and coordinate a remote team of contractors and assistants - Build and optimize SOPs and workflows - Implement AI tools and automation to improve efficiency - Track KPIs and performance metrics - Help scale internal systems and processes - Work closely with the founder to execute strategic initiatives Required Skills: - Fluent English and Spanish (both required) - Strong operations and leadership experience - Comfortable managing remote teams - Experience building systems and workflows AI / automation experience with tools like: - ChatGPT or AI workflow tools - Zapier or Make - Notion / ClickUp / Airtable - CRM systems Ideal Candidate: - Startup or agency operations experience - Highly organized and systems-oriented - Comfortable solving problems independently - Strong communicator with leadership ability - Passionate about leveraging AI to improve operations Engagement Details: - Remote position - Initially 10–20 hours per week - Potential to grow into full-time leadership role Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
