Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their dynamic, remote-first team. This pivotal role will serve as a primary point of contact for designated business units, offering expert guidance on all human resources matters including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies that drive employee engagement and business success. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with company-wide goals, partnering with leaders to address complex employee relations issues, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. You will also play a crucial role in talent acquisition and retention strategies, working to attract and keep top talent in a competitive market. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and delivery of HR programs, such as compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.
