Title Attorney (Remote)
Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a well-established regional law firm to identify experienced Title Attorneys for current and upcoming needs. This is a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in title work who are looking to support a respected firm handling sophisticated real estate and/or oil & gas matters. Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and analyze title opinions and related documents • Perform detailed title examinations and resolve title defects • Provide legal support on real estate and/or oil & gas transactions • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on title-related issues • Ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations Requirements: • Licensed to practice law in PA or WV • Prior experience drafting and reviewing title in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Apply tot his job
