CFO ($180-200K + Equity)

$180-200K + significant equity Remote: Occasional trips to LA to meet executives CFO $40M publicly traded manufacturing firm. Growing rapidly! Why is this a great company?: • Leadership team has an excellent track record • Mostly remote role • Current accounting team is running smoothly Responsibilities: • Oversee full SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting function • Drive the company's financial planning and cash flow management • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks • Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure • Manage vendor relationships • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports • Communicate with auditors regarding regular filings • Oversee the company's finance tools (e.g., NetSuite) • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies • Manage a team of financial controllers and financial analysts. Requirements: • CPA with strong public company exposure • Strong SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting • Proven experience as CFO or Executive Financial Leader • Experience across the consumer product space • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices • Experience with a growth / scaling company • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software - NetSuite is a major plus • Ability to strategize and solve problems • Strong leadership and organizational skills • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
