About the role We’re looking for a proven phone closer who can handle UK + US leads in their time zones and consistently convert pre-qualified inbound appointments into signed clients. This is 100% remote and commission-only — built for closers who want high upside, not a fixed salary ceiling. What you’ll be closing We sell a premium service in the recruitment / relocation space: helping international professionals secure jobs and relocate to the GCC region. What your day looks like Closing pre-qualified, calendar-booked calls (no cold calling) Running structured sales calls: discovery → qualification → objection handling → close Following up with leads (short cycles, fast decision-making) Updating KPIs + pipeline in our CRM (data discipline is non-negotiable) Working a steady flow of calls — you’ll have ~15 qualified appointments/day available What we need from you (non-negotiables) 3+ years experience in consultative sales / phone closing Strong objection handling, tone control, and sales psychology fundamentals Proven experience selling a high-ticket service (over the phone) You can work minimum 5 hours/day, consistently You can operate in UK + US time zones (this is essential) You can show numbers: conversion rates, revenue closed, show rate, etc. What you get Commission-only with high upside Start: 15% commission (~€600–€700 per close depending on package) Up to €10k/month target earnings, then renegotiation based on performance Inbound + pre-qualified appointments (no prospecting) Clear ramp-up + support systems Growth path to Senior Closer / Sales Lead for top performers This is NOT for you if You need a fixed salary You avoid KPI tracking / CRM hygiene You “talk a lot” but don’t consistently close Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
