[Remote] Chief Operating Officer – Cyber Intelligence & AI (Fractional | Remote)

They are seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer to shape operational strategy, commercial readiness, and scalable execution frameworks while collaborating closely with the founder and leadership team. Responsibilities • Translating strategic vision into structured execution plans • Designing scalable operational processes across GTM and product delivery • Supporting fundraising preparation and investor materials • Establishing KPI frameworks and reporting structures • Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies • Strengthening partnerships and ecosystem relationships • Advising on hiring roadmaps and resource prioritisation Skills • Have held senior operational leadership roles (COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent) • Have experience within cybersecurity, AI, fintech, SaaS, or regulated technology environments • Have supported early-stage or scaling businesses • Are comfortable working in lean, founder-led environments • Bring strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability • Thrive in flexible, remote-first working models Company Overview • ​We are an international Executive Leadership and People Operations Consultancy supporting leaders and businesses globally.
