PeopleSoft HCM Consultant – Compensation Module
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong expertise in the Compensation module to support an enterprise compensation structure implementation for a large global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM Compensation module
Implement salary grades, pay bands, and compensation structures
Support merit cycles, bonus plans, and compensation planning
Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, and testing
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders during implementation
Requirements:
8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Compensation module
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x implementations
Strong functional knowledge of HR, payroll, and compensation processes
