HR Generalist (Hybrid)
Insight Global is currently seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the sole HR professional supporting three offices. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, including managing the hiring process end-to-end, extending offers and negotiations, onboarding employees, and coordinating travel for new hires. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, administering benefits and annual renewals (including negotiating with carriers), processing COBRA when employees exit, supporting immigration processing, and creating HR policies as needed. This role will also own safety responsibilities, ensuring required trainings remain up to date across Avetta and ISNetworld. The position is onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and operates with full ownership and no additional HR support.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience (7 years preferred)
- Ability to operate as the sole HR professional (no support; position will not receive help)
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with offers, negotiations, onboarding, and offboarding
- E-Verify and I-9 compliance experience
- Experience handling employee relations issues
- Comfortable with administrative / generalist HR work
- COBRA administration experience
- Policy creation experience
- Benefits administration experience, including renewals and carrier negotiations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Avetta and ISNetworld
- Immigration processing exposure
- Associate's degree or HR-related certification preferred
