Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year A bit about us: We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Inventory Data Analyst to join our dynamic, remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker with a strong understanding of inventory management, data modeling, and process automation. You will be responsible for monitoring product development, predicting inventory needs, and creating dashboards that effectively communicate our inventory status. Why join us? 401(k) matching Fully Remote Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Job Details Responsibilities: • Develop and implement data models and automated processes to streamline inventory management and workflow. • Monitor product development stages to ensure inventory levels align with production timelines and market demand. • Use your expertise in data visualization and storytelling to create dashboards that clearly represent inventory status, trends, and predictions. • Leverage large datasets to forecast future inventory needs, identifying potential shortages or surpluses in advance. • Work closely with the retail team to understand inventory requirements and provide data-driven recommendations. • Use Power BI and other data analysis tools to interpret and analyze inventory data. • Continuously improve our inventory management processes through data analysis and process automation. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification is required. • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification is a plus. • Proven experience in data modeling and process automation. • Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools. • Exceptional skills in data visualization and storytelling. • Experience in forecasting and predicting inventory needs based on large datasets. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry or e- commerce .
