The Publishing Coordinator supports the global publishing team with day-to-day project coordination, asset and approval tracking, editorial and creative support, communication, and workflow management. This role helps ensure smooth execution of publishing programs across multiple territories, formats, and partners. You will work closely with creative, editorial, production, franchise, and licensing teams to support the development and delivery of global publishing initiatives tied to key IP and priority franchises. Responsibilities: • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and asset needs • Coordinate internal and external rights clearances, reviews, and product approvals • Organize assets and maintain project records and budgets • Lead the fulfillment of digital file orders for global publishing partners; Maintain digital archives. • Assist in preparing briefs, schedules, meeting notes, and status updates • Coordinate line reviews, list launches and product development meetings with internal and external partners • Work closely with the warehouse team to manage samples and inventory • Gather and recommend product for various internal requests, executive presentations & marketing initiatives • Serve as point of coordination across editorial, creative, licensors, stakeholders, and production teams • Process invoices and track vendor deliverables and timelines Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 1-3 yrs in project coordination, publishing production, editorial or entertainment support roles (strong internship experience considered) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in MS office platforms and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred; Experience with vendor communication and project management tools a plus Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
