Learn more about us at AAECamp.com ABOUT THE POSITION Job Title: Sports Recruiter-Call Agent (4-6 Week Project) Location: Remote/Contract Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary) • Pay: $17-$20/hour • Flexible 4 to 5-hour call shifts, Monday to Friday – Based on time zone · Day shifts only 8am-4pm-based on call log region, no nights or weekends. About the Role: We’re seeking enthusiastic and articulate sales professionals for a temporary 4-6 Week project. As a Sports Recruiter-Call Agent, you will focus on making outbound calls to introduce prospective and existing customers (High and Middle School Athletic Directors and Head Coaches) to the camp for athlete registration for our regional camps and sponsorship opportunities (Local and National Businesses) for national events. Your role includes engaging customers to understand their needs, sharing detailed information, addressing questions, and generating interest. You will also manage customer information in the CRM, qualify leads, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up and closing. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to the camps and sponsorship opportunities. • Identify customer needs during calls and recommend the most suitable options. • Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism to build interest. • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system. • Qualify leads during calls and pass them to the sales team for follow-up. Qualifications: • At least 21 years old. • 2+ years of sales experience (call center or in-home sales preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic attitude. • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Tech Requirements: • Reliable internet connection. • Dedicated, noise-free workspace. • Access to a computer or laptop and a cell phone.
