[Remote] APPRENTICE EPIC REVENUE CYCLE ANALYST - 2 openings

OCHIN, Inc. is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation, providing clinical insights and tailored technologies to improve health access in rural communities. They are seeking an Apprentice Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of Epic EHR applications, assisting with system build, testing, and end-user support while learning healthcare workflows. Responsibilities • Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications to meet organizational needs • Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows to understand system requirements • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches to ensure accuracy and functionality • End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to experienced analysts • Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials for member staff • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, workflows, and troubleshooting steps • Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams to learn best practices in healthcare IT • Engage in training and development activities to build analytical and technical skills • Other duties as assigned Skills • An Epic Proficiency in Resolute PB is required or must be obtained within 60-days of employment • Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment • Candidates with some PB/HB experience is highly preferred Benefits • Comprehensive range of benefits Company Overview • OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network.
