The Global Customer Experience Team (GCX) is a group within TLS that imagines, enables, and evolves the end-to-end customer experience. The team drives product management as well as the overall business strategy, with innovation at the heart of almost everything we do.We are seeking a colleague to be part of a Risk Management Center of Excellence (COE) within the GCX Project Management team. The organization operates with a strong risk mindset and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and partners. As a member of this team, you will:Support the issue management process, remediation activities, implement controls, and manage RCIMs (Risk & Control Issue Management)Support new working practices and processes to meet changing needs of enterprise risk management policiesSupport and embed a strong culture of risk management, compliance, and governance across the businessPartner closely with multiple stakeholders such as GCX Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teamsSupport various audits and internal control assessments QualificationsChange Management – Ability to influence and drive change across a matrixed organization.Relationship Builder & Collaborator – Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners, effectively influencing and managing stakeholders across geographically and culturally diverse global teams.Risk Management – Practical experience managing or supporting Issue Management processes, RCMs, and/or Control Management within a product or technology organization.Agile – Prior experience working in an Agile environment.Flexibility – Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and overcome or navigate obstacles and challenges.Sense of Humor – Ability to maintain perspective and foster a positive, collaborative environment.Travel Experience – Previous travel industry or e-commerce experience preferred.
