Customer Success Implementation Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage new customer implementation projects with multiple integrated workstreams
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines while identifying potential risks
• Act as the product expert, guiding customers on best practices and feature configuration
Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of project management experience in SaaS client implementation
• Proven ability to develop and execute project plans and manage timelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
