Overview Join a fast-growing startup SaaS company building tools that help businesses operate more efficiently and scale faster. We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who enjoys working with people, explaining technology, and helping customers get real value from a product early in their journey. In this role, you’ll guide new customers through onboarding, help them set up the platform, and show them how to use the tools effectively. It’s a mix of client onboarding, product education, and consultative client support. You’ll work closely with customers during their first weeks on the platform to ensure a smooth launch and strong adoption. Because this is a startup environment, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact, collaborate across teams, and grow with the company as it scales.
