Lead Salesforce Architect - REMOTE

In this key role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the business needs of the organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals. Your expertise will guide the implementation of best practices in solution design and data architecture. Responsibilities
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that align with best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including integrations with external systems and custom development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and project teams.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce platform governance and integration strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and design standards.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system optimization.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and system integration.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and development (Apex, Visualforce, etc.).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong background with integration tools and APIs (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
Nice-to-haves
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• Experience with DevOps processes and CI/CD in a Salesforce environment is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
