Salesforce Developer- Remote

Location: Remote within México We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Order Management and Marketing Cloud to support the configuration and implementation of transactional communications and integrations. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Order Management (SOM) – Triggered Communications Configure and support the following triggered processes: • Order Confirmation: Triggered when a consumer places an order. Includes item details, quantity, shipping & billing addresses, payment method, and financials. (Trigger only – no template changes.) • Order Item Shipment Update: Triggered when SAP confirms shipment. Includes shipped items, carrier code, tracking number, and tracking link. (Trigger only – no template changes.) • Order Item Fulfillment Status Change: Triggered for non-standard status changes (e.g., backorder, delays, delivery issues). (Up to one basic template creation.) • Order/Item Cancellation: Triggered when an order or item is canceled. Includes order number and canceled items. (Up to one basic template creation.) • Refund Confirmation: Triggered when a refund is initiated. Includes refund details. (Up to one basic template creation.) Scope of Work • Configure up to five (5) triggered transactional emails using an existing Marketing Cloud template or by creating up to one new email template. • Configure up to five (5) triggered SMS messages using Marketing Cloud SMS capabilities. • Work with SOM team to define and align on the data feed format. • Incorporate new fields into email and SMS payloads sent from SOM to Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). • Coordinate with SOM teams to ensure accurate trigger timing and payload delivery. • Create Data Extensions to store payloads for each message sent, enabling resend logic and tracking. Required Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (SOM). • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, SMS). • Experience configuring triggered transactional emails and SMS. • Ability to work with data feeds, payload mapping, and Data Extensions. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (SOM, SAP, Marketing Cloud). • Solid understanding of integrations and data flow between systems.
