Our client, a leading bike manufacturer, is seeking a SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Consultant to join their team in Santa Cruz, CA! Responsibilities: • Lead SAP FICO projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades, data migrations) across S/4HANA and ECC. • Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, AM) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO) modules, ensuring integration with MM, SD, and PP. • Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, customizing, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support. • Oversee finance process harmonization, template deployments, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. • Manage data migration, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Deliver training and change management to foster adoption and cross-functional collaboration. • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to align solutions with business goals and reporting needs. Qualifications: • Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and data migrations across diverse industries. • Brings deep expertise in S/4HANA and ECC SAP environments, covering the full FI suite (GL, New GL, AP, AR''', AM) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO), as well as integration with adjacent SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. • Adept at leading projects, template deployments, and finance process harmonization, with proven skills in fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, customizing, testing, UAT, and post-go-live support. • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement. • Hands-on configuration and data migration proficiency. • Experience in driving process optimization, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. • Adept at fostering user adoption through targeted training, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
