This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Colorado (USA), Florida (USA) Sr. SAP S/4 - SAP S4HANA Project Systems & CO functional Architects If there is ANY TRAVEL the Client pays all travel expenses Start Date: Immediate Start Job Type: 6-12 Month contract Large DOD Project needs 2 Project Systems Architect: The SAP S4HANA Project Systems & CO (Controlling) functional Lead/Architect Consultant - PLUS ANOTHER SAP S4HANA Project Systems & PP/MM functional Lead/Architect Consultant critical position that focuses on configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP S4 HANA system implementation with the entire team. Sr SAP CO 1 person for (Controlling) Second for PP/MM(Production Planning & Materials Mgmt) Architects needed for S4 HANA Implementation. You will be focused on implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP project Systems and the Controlling module integration for the project. This position requires a deep understanding of the integration of these modules with SD, MM and PP, which are essential for effective go-to-market strategies. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP systems are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 8-10+ years of experience in SAP ERP, with at least 5-6 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA. Hands-on experience with various SAP CO models and reporting. The consultant will also be tasked with setting up SAP CO module, testing and training. Knowledge of integration with MM, SD and PP. Strong leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, and collaboration, are necessary to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements is also crucial. Up to 50% travel could be required at times. Responsibilities 2 Project Systems Architect Level Resources for to oversee Sr SAP CO 1 person for (Controlling) Second for PP/MM(Production Planning & Materials Mgmt) Architects needed for S4 HANA Implementation. · Review the current landscape and environment assessment report · Collaborate in review of SAP PAM and 3rd Party Applications · Support with light SAP S/4 HANA configuration work · Support with SAP S/4 HANA custom object prioritization and remediation work · Assist in testing of completed migrations and verify configurations per environment · Buyer organization collaboration and coordination of test scripts and automation, where applicable · Build and coordinate the negative testing scenarios to ensure robustness of solution · Training documentation and super-user training support as needed Post Go Live System Support · 15+ years of project-based manufacturing and operational experience · Knowledge of consulting leading practices · Knowledge of SAP Project Manufacturing solutions with both valuated and non-valuated project stock Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Sr SAP CO (Controlling) Second for PP/MM(Production Planning & Materials Mgmt) Architects needed for S4 HANA Implementation. You will be focused on implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Project Systems with CO(product costing) or the PP/MM with Project Systems. Helping them manage and optimize internal costs set up. This involves analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP CO modules (like Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis), and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You will also play a key role in training users and providing support to the company during the implementation and “Go Live”. impact by designing and implementing SAP solutions that optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities of an SAP CO Consultants/Analyst: • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding the client's business needs related to cost management, profitability, and reporting. • SAP CO Module Configuration: Configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to align with the client's specific requirements around product costing and also the Project Systems module implementation. • Integration with other SAP Modules: Ensuring smooth data flow and integration between SAP CO and other modules like FI (Financial Accounting). • Testing and Training: Developing and executing test plans, and providing end-user training on SAP CO functionalities. • Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements for the SAP CO modules. • Cost Management and Optimization: Helping businesses analyze costs, optimize processes, and improve profitability. • Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards for cost analysis, performance monitoring, and decision-making. • Project Management: Participating in SAP CO projects from initiation to go-live, and post-implementation support. In this role, you will: • Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions focusing on SAP CO module to optimize business processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Taxes on Sales and Purchases. • Oversee the integration of SAP FI-MM and FI-SD modules to enhance financial operations. • Drive the implementation of SAP Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting to improve financial reporting. • Manage the transition from SAP Classic GL to New GL ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Work model 100% Remote – some travel might be asked to client sites. Working from the United States only What you need to have to be considered • Extensive experience in SAP CO modules including SAP Taxes on Sales and Purchases. • Proficiency in SAP FI-MM and FI-SD Integration to support financial operations. • Expertise in SAP Taxation and Cost Center Accounting for accurate financial reporting. • Capability in SAP Credit Management and Profitability Analysis to support business growth. These will help you stand out • Experience in SAP Product Costing and Automatic Payments for effective financial management.
