Key Responsibilities Conduct interactive online science tutoring sessions for CBSE/ICSE high school students. Teach core topics in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology according to the prescribed curriculum. Simplify complex scientific concepts using examples, visual aids, and practical explanations. Prepare lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock tests to support student learning. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and periodic evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to help students improve their understanding. Assist students in preparing for board exams, school assessments, and competitive tests. Maintain a supportive and motivating online classroom environment. Coordinate with academic coordinators and parents when necessary to discuss student progress. Stay updated with changes in CBSE and ICSE syllabi and examination patterns. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Education. Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE high school curriculum. Excellent communication and online teaching skills. Ability to explain scientific concepts clearly and effectively. Comfortable using online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and video conferencing tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Experience Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Science subjects. Experience teaching CBSE or ICSE high school students is highly preferred. Prior experience in online tutoring or virtual classrooms will be an added advantage.
