Online Part-Time ELA & ESL Teacher for Elementary and Middle School Students

Position Summary: This position is an exciting position at Princeton Learning Experience International School. The teacher will teach the enrichment course subjects in English and instruct students English activities such as writing contests. Responsibilities and Skills: • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans. • Assess and evaluate student progress. • Prepare students for standardized tests and help students make progress on test score. • Provide individualized support to students to improve student's GPA at day time school . • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Encourage student participation and engagement. • Communicate effectively with students and PLE staff. • Prepare international students for ESL and TOFEL tests. • Maintain accurate records of student performance. • Provide feedback to students. • Foster a love of reading and writing in students. Qualifications: • Certification and experience in K-12 ELA education. • ESL or TESOL certification and experience. • Experience in TOEFL preparation program. • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field. • Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and writing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans. • Patience and understanding demeanor. • Ability to inspire and motivate students. • Knowledge of state and national educational standards. • Experience with standardized testing preparation. • Ability to maintain accurate records.
