Job Description Valueklip is seeking a Board Advisor to support our entry and expansion in the United States. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate warm introductions, focusing first on SMB owners and also opening doors to venture-backed startups and scale-ups. As a Board Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance to strengthen governance, market positioning, and revenue growth as we scale. Job Responsibilities • Facilitate warm introductions to SMB owners in the United States to secure anchor clients. • Open access to venture-backed startups and scale-ups that hire offshore tech talent. • Advice on market positioning within the US outsourcing and IT staffing landscape. • Guide pricing, contract structures, and revenue strategy. • Offer strategic oversight on governance, market expansion, and long-term growth. • Contribute capital and expertise to secure a Board Advisor seat and drive Valueklip’s growth. Eligibility Criteria • Established relationships with US SMB owners, founders, or hiring decision-makers. • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or revenue generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Proven ability to convert relationships into revenue-generating contracts. • Willingness to commit time monthly to introductions and strategic guidance. • Strong alignment with Valueklip’s mission and long-term vision.
