Responsibilities • Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables. • Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials. • Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations. • Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. • Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects. • Previous experience working for the US Market. • Outstanding graphic design skills for rendering, graphic layouts for an office marketing deck, and design presentations for awards submissions. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations. • Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken). • Portfolio showcasing previous architectural and graphic design work.
