Responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with diverse physical needs. • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals. • Providing direct physical therapy services both through telehealth sessions and in-person at the school. • Collaborating with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote inclusive participation and optimal student outcomes. • Documenting progress notes and maintaining compliance with school and healthcare regulations. • Participating in ongoing professional development to remain current with therapy techniques and telehealth best practices.
