They are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team, where the role involves supporting financial reporting and revenue operations to influence business decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Create financial reports with meaningful, actionable insights for leadership
  • Perform variance analysis on revenue and expenses; identify trends and drivers
  • Evaluate key financial and operational metrics to support decision making
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on contracts and purchase orders
  • Verify and post cash receipts to the general ledger with proper documentation
  • Support internal and external audits related to billing and cash applications
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business units to improve processes and data accuracy
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to support financial initiatives

Skills

  • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Comfort working with large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or related field
  • Understanding of GAAP Principles
  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Oracle preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in finance and accounting preferred
  • Experience with ERP or billings systems preferred
