Marketing Coordinator, Digital Assets

They are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support their Digital Assets marketing team by executing integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring projects move efficiently from draft to launch.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, and digital channels
• Assist in preparing and submitting marketing materials for internal review and approval across stakeholders
• Track campaign timelines and coordinate next steps to help ensure projects move efficiently from draft to launch
• Support updates to Digital Assets website content, including product pages, landing pages, and campaign-related materials
• Provide coordination and logistical support for conferences and events, including marketing materials, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, links, tracking parameters, and disclosures
• Maintain organized campaign calendars, documentation, and marketing archives
• Support operational and time-sensitive communications across the Digital Assets platform
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and execution excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, internships, or administrative support roles
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of the digital assets or cryptocurrency space; deep expertise is not required, but intellectual curiosity and familiarity with the industry are strongly valued
