Research Analyst

Channel Dynamics is a fast-growing research firm specializing in primary research for institutional investors. The Research Analyst role involves mapping business models, managing client relationships, and producing actionable market intelligence across the Consumer and Industrials sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients and contribute to business development efforts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver reports on time and in alignment with sector-wide publishing schedules
• Participate in refining our coverage process, including onboarding, compliance structure, and sector cadence
• Recruit new experts to bolster our current and new reports

Skills

• 0-3 Years of experience in a research or analytical role
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, high accountability environment
• Self-starter who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team
• Motivated by rapid growth and ownership
• Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor
• Genuine interest in how businesses operate across supply chains, pricing dynamics, capital investment cycles, and market inflections
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills
• Ability to distill complex operational and market data into clear, actionable insights for institutional investors
