[Remote] Enrollment Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is a company that partners with health plans, providers, and employers to improve outcomes in value-based oncology care. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective members, educating them about support services, and enrolling eligible individuals, while managing a high volume of outbound calls and building trusting relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Complete virtual onboarding and training to learn systems, tools, and procedures
• Make 80 to 100 outbound calls daily to prospective members
• Follow care team policies, escalation protocols, communication standards, and documentation requirements
• Inform eligible members about program benefits and how the organization supports their cancer care journey
• Build trusting relationships with members through active listening and empathy
• Obtain consent, conduct enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent member needs
• Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to meet quality and productivity goals

Skills

• Experience in sales roles or recent college graduate with 1+ years in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Comfort using Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and learning new technologies
• Adaptability to rapid changes common in start-up environments
• Access to a private, quiet, secure workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Must be located within the lower 48 United States due to contractual requirements
