[Remote] Operations Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fox Fold is a rapidly growing tissue company that focuses on sustainability by providing bamboo tissue solutions to hotels. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to ensure smooth coordination of orders, shipments, and communication between warehouses, distributors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Helping Orders Move Smoothly Assist with processing and reviewing sales orders Track orders from warehouse to delivery Help ensure shipments go out correctly and on time
• Coordinating Logistics Work with warehouse teams to fulfil orders Request shipping quotes and track deliveries Help coordinate pickups, deliveries, and carrier communication
• Supporting Customers & Distributors Help answer questions about orders and shipments Coordinate with distribution partners across North America Assist with routing orders to the right warehouse or distributor
• Keeping Operations Organized Update order statuses in our systems Maintain clear records of shipments and orders Help spot and solve operational issues before they become problems
• Unique Projects Support special projects across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, such as launching new regions, rolling out new products, improving operational workflows, and helping streamline how we manage orders and shipments as we grow

Skills

• You love staying organized and keeping things on track
• You can learn systems easily (we use NetSuite as our ERP, HubSpot as our CRM, and work with multiple warehouse systems)
• You're comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
• You communicate clearly, succinctly, and professionally
• You enjoy solving small problems before they become big ones
• You have experience in operations, logistics, customer coordination, or supply chain (a bonus, not required)
