Marketing Specialist
The Oncology Institute is a leader in advancing oncology through specialized, value-based cancer care. As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of the clinical marketing strategy across multiple locations, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the patient and provider experience.
Responsibilities
- Live and exemplify TOI core values while delivering high-quality support to clinical teams and internal partners
- Maintain and update clinic marketing inventories, including signage, brochures, posters, patient education materials, and branded collateral
- Conduct regular clinic branding audits across all markets to ensure compliance with TOI's brand guidelines
- Coordinate signage updates, replacements, and installations in partnership with Operations, Facilities, and external vendors
- Collaborate with vendor designer to update, version, and produce marketing collateral for clinics across multiple states
- Manage the intake and coordination of clinic marketing requests, maintaining visibility into priorities and ensuring accurate, on-brand deliverables
- Prepare marketing packets for new clinic openings, relocations, expansions, and specialty program launches
- Support the rollout of new branding initiatives and ensure consistent adoption across clinic teams
- Obtain quotes, manage production timelines, and coordinate with print and signage vendors to fulfill collateral needs
- Maintain an organized digital archive of approved marketing materials and distribute updated versions as needed
- Coordinate meetings with operational staff to check-in on branding projects
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination tasks
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline is preferred
- One to three years of experience in marketing, brand operations, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of branding principles and how they apply to multi-site organizations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, Facilities, and Clinical Leadership
- Comfortable working with inventory systems, project tracking tools, and structured workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to problem solve in fast-paced clinical settings
- Ability to commute and travel to multiple locations
- Experience supporting multiple locations or stakeholder groups is preferred
- Familiarity with print production, signage processes, or vendor coordination is a plus
